批发协议 - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All bags are pre-ordered. Minimum order is 5 bags, can mix color and mix style as we are wholesaler. 所有包包都是预购，5个包包起批，可混批。
2.Bags will be arrived within 4 weeks after pre-order deadline. Will further informed if there is any postpone. 包包会在截至日期后的一个月内发货，如有延迟会另行通知。 
3. All bags are 100% new. 所有包包都是新的。
4. Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. 货一旦售出恕不退还或更换。
5. NO NEGOTIATION is allowed.All price are fixed at a best price. 所有价表都是实价。
6. Colour may look slightly different from picture and real item due to lighting, order if you are agree! 所有图片(颜色以实物为准）,偶尔个别款式会因为电脑显示问题，有轻微的色差，请定购前先了解清楚。
7. Buyers have to bear the postage fee herself/himself. 客人需承担运费。
8. We will not be held with any damages or loss during delivery.NO REFUND. 如果在送货期间包包遗失或损坏，本店不会负责。
9. FULL PAYMENT has to be made within 3days of confirmation,otherwise cancel. 一旦确定了订单，三天内必须汇款，否则取消订单。
10. Full refund GUARANTEE in case of out of stock. 如有缺货，客人可换货或全数退款。、
